Cancellation ,Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled after the bill is confirmed, except in cases where the item is unavailable at the restaurant.
In such cases, our customer service team will reach out to you and attempt to resolve the issue.

Post-Cancellation:

Once the cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, as they will be in the preparation or delivery process.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Incorrect or missing items in your order.
Orders that are damaged upon delivery.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 1 hour of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Orders canceled after the cancellation window has passed.
Customer errors in ordering (e.g., selecting wrong items).
Any issues arising from user input, such as incorrect delivery addresses.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
